Each customized program is designed as a collaborative effort bringing together DSG faculty and staff with representatives from client institutions. Our unique diagnostic framework utilizes advanced assessment techniques to help measure organizational strengths and needs, enabling us to tailor the right program design.
Clients from the United Arab Emirates have included organizations such as the Prime Minister’s Office, Dubai Water and Electricity Authority (DEWA), the Mohammed bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development, Etisalat, Dubai Courts and the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program. The School is actively engaged with regional governments, including the governments of Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Sudan, Syria and Yemen, to develop customized programs for their institutions.

Leaders (Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities) 20 mid-level managers will participate in the second cohort of the "Leaders" Program, with six instructional modules delivered over a six month period focusing on problem solving, decision making, creativity and innovation, planning and organization, among others.
Human Resources Management in Public and Not-for-Profit Organizations (Dubai Women Establishment) The third workshop partnering DSG with the DWE, "Human Resources Management in Public and Not-for-Profit Organizations" will examine the current challenges facing public sector human resources development. It will take place October 24 – 27.
